We have purchased several items over the years and have always been pleased. Most recently a new sofa and chair that are not only great quality but look beautiful. It is nice to be able to find quality and great customer service right here locally. Keep up the good work.

We love these guys! They always provide us with EXCELLENT service, quality furniture and most fitting recommendations! There is no place we'd rather purchase from. We have been more than satisfied with all furniture we purchase through them. In fact, I'm sure it won't be long until we're back in their store. We have bought a bed and a couch from them and it was exactly what we'd wanted. Highly recommend them!

I love my new chair! What a great deal! & because of good timing delivery was fast and efficient too. I live up on the hill, and had narrow stairs and hard corners to negotiate. Shaun was a professional salesperson who took me right over to exactly what I needed. What a great experience.

Owner Mike came out this morning to personally replace a defective switch on our motorized recliner. No charge. Under warranty. He was on time, quick (20 minutes), friendly and very professional. Great local company to do business with. We highly recommend them.

WOW, After ordering a mattress online, and that turning out to be a nightmare from beginning to end, we went to NW Furniture. Shaun was working that day, and in spite of him being the only salesperson working, we got excellent service and all our questions answered. They had the mattress we wanted and we saved a little money. Delivery was scheduled and it was delivered right on time. Tom and Wade were quick and efficient, taking care not to do any damage to furniture or house. There will be no more online furniture purchases as long as we are in driving distance of Northwest Furniture. This is how to run a successful business!! Thank you

The managers here are friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to take some items home to be sure that they matched. We are glad to have a great local place for furniture.

Just received my beautiful couch I had ordered from them. I am really impressed, this is more beautiful in person in my house than the pictures at the store. This was not in stock and I ordered sometimes in November and it took a few months to arrive, but with it being winter and the holidays I still give 5 stars.

We had a great experience here. Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome, remained available to us while giving us plenty of space to browse, provided lots of information in the different customization options available to us, and helped us decide what structure and fabric would be the best fit for our large family. This is our second time buying furniture here, both experiences were positive and our previous furniture is still in great condition after 5 years. Thank you!
